How Radio ATOMIC works

Radio ATOMIC is a tuner and directory. It does not host, store, cache, record, download, re-encode, or redistribute any third-party audio.

The app plays a broadcaster's own publicly published stream URL directly, over the network, in real time.
Streams are played unmodified and in full, including any advertising or station identification the broadcaster inserts. We never strip, skip, replace, or insert audio.
Nothing is written to disk. There is no download, record, export, or offline-save feature for station audio anywhere in the app.
No digital rights management is circumvented, no geographic restriction is bypassed, and no subscriber-only or paywalled feed is accessed.

Station stream URLs are sourced from Radio Browser, a community-maintained open directory of publicly available internet radio streams — the same endpoints broadcasters publish on their own websites and web players. Radio ATOMIC claims no ownership of, and asserts no exclusive right to, any station, brand, logo, or broadcast. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Removal within one business day

Our station catalogue is not hard-coded into the app. It is served remotely and refreshed by every installed copy. That means we can remove a station globally, from every device, within one business day — with no app update and no App Store submission required.

How to request removal

If you are a broadcaster, rights holder, or an authorised agent and you want your station or content removed, email info@atomic.limited with the subject “Takedown request — Radio ATOMIC” and include:

The station name and stream URL (or the podcast episode link) you want removed.
Your name, organisation, and role.
A statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
Contact details for our reply.

We acknowledge every request on receipt and action valid requests within one business day. We do not require a court order, and we do not ask rights holders to justify their decision — if you want your stream out, we take it out.

Podcasts

Podcast audio is user-uploaded. Uploaders confirm they hold the necessary rights, uploads pass automated moderation before appearing, and every episode carries an in-app report control. Infringing content is removed and repeat infringers are permanently banned. See our Content Guidelines.

كيف يعمل راديو أتومك

راديو أتومك هو مُستقبِل ودليل محطات. لا يستضيف ولا يخزّن ولا يسجّل ولا ينزّل ولا يعيد ترميز أو نشر أي محتوى صوتي تابع لطرف ثالث.

يشغّل التطبيق رابط البث العام الخاص بالمحطة نفسها مباشرةً عبر الشبكة وفي الوقت الفعلي.
يُشغَّل البث كما هو ودون تعديل، بما في ذلك أي إعلانات أو تعريف بالمحطة يدرجه المذيع. لا نحذف ولا نتخطى ولا نستبدل ولا ندرج أي صوت.
لا يُحفظ أي شيء على الجهاز. لا توجد أي خاصية تنزيل أو تسجيل أو تصدير أو حفظ دون اتصال لصوت المحطات في أي مكان بالتطبيق.
لا يتم تجاوز أي حماية رقمية، ولا أي قيد جغرافي، ولا الوصول إلى أي بث مدفوع أو مقتصر على المشتركين.

تُستمد روابط البث من Radio Browser، وهو دليل مفتوح تديره المجتمعات لمحطات الراديو المتاحة للعموم — وهي نفس الروابط التي تنشرها المحطات على مواقعها ومشغّلاتها. ولا يدّعي راديو أتومك ملكية أو أي حق حصري في أي محطة أو علامة أو شعار أو بث. وجميع العلامات التجارية ملك لأصحابها.

الإزالة خلال يوم عمل واحد

دليل المحطات لدينا غير مضمَّن داخل التطبيق، بل يُقدَّم عن بُعد ويُحدَّث في كل نسخة مثبّتة. أي أننا نستطيع إزالة أي محطة عالمياً ومن كل الأجهزة خلال يوم عمل واحد — دون تحديث للتطبيق ودون الحاجة لأي مراجعة من متجر التطبيقات.

كيفية طلب الإزالة

إذا كنت مذيعاً أو صاحب حقوق أو وكيلاً مفوّضاً وترغب في إزالة محطتك أو محتواك، راسلنا على info@atomic.limited بعنوان «طلب إزالة — راديو أتومك» مع تضمين:

اسم المحطة ورابط البث (أو رابط حلقة البودكاست) المطلوب إزالته.
اسمك وجهتك وصفتك.
إقرار بأنك تملك الحقوق أو مفوّض بالتصرف نيابة عن المالك.
بيانات التواصل للرد عليك.

نؤكد استلام كل طلب فور وروده، وننفّذ الطلبات الصحيحة خلال يوم عمل واحد. ولا نشترط أمراً قضائياً، ولا نطالب أصحاب الحقوق بتبرير قرارهم — إن أردت إخراج بثّك، نُخرجه.

البودكاست

محتوى البودكاست يرفعه المستخدمون. ويُقرّ الرافع بامتلاكه الحقوق اللازمة، وتمر الملفات بمراجعة آلية قبل ظهورها، وتحمل كل حلقة زر إبلاغ داخل التطبيق. ويُزال المحتوى المخالف ويُحظر المخالف المتكرر نهائياً. راجع إرشادات المحتوى.
